Our Story...
It all began in 2003, when Ron Met John on flight to the Exumas in the Bahamas, Ron an Architect designing homes on the Ocean and John lending funds to owner's dreaming of the day they would own a retirement home on an ocean front lot on a deserted Island. While on the flight, John asked me to join him and few others on a one-night run over to an Island called "RUM CAY".

It turned out to be one of the shortest but most amazing trips of my life and it would change my life. We experienced many things on this trip in a short time including the entire Island with trade winds, 200' visibility into the ocean water, sand as fine as baby powder, A 5 course sushi meal, Lobster diving, exploring, star gazing and so many elements that my senses were overwhelmed with a deeper understanding of nature and how to rejuvenate and regenerate our Minds and bodies.

After that trip, I could not forget the experience and bought my first ocean front property to design and build my future retirement home. John also decide to build a home as we would be neighbors. We completed the new homes in 2006 and enjoyed many years traveling and raising my 3 daughters who still crave island life for its simple ways and its regenerating elements.

One day while reading a local Rumcayan journal, Ron stumbled upon an article entitled "The search for the Fountain of Youth: A medical wellness & regeneration adventure by a Dr. Gordon Chiu". (Read the article upon request). Dr. Chiu happened to have his phone number in the article, so Ron called immediately because the article was so interesting. With that, a 17 year term friendship endured for 17 years. They both kept in touch knowing a larger connection was soon to occur. In fact, these friends never physically met until the spring of 2024, when the timing was perfect to join forces in a project that will release their combined talents in sustainable design and building materials science and medical wellness. The team developing Satoshi Global Village understands that people want to be in an environment surrounded by beauty, creativity, intelligence, healthy and secure living, resilience and safety in natural disasters, have the latest medical advances in immunotherapies, and activities that keep them young and vibrant just like when Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon discovered the "Fountain of Youth" in the year 1513 in the Caribbean. This initial project is a culmination of hundreds of connections and resources seeking a unified project to enlighten the few who decide a better life is waiting for them on this unique and sustainable Island.

This project will be documented as one of the first truly sustainable and resilient projects for the world to learn and follow to advance a better way to live and work in a new digital era.

Project Sustainability
The entire development will be fully sustainable with a resilient infrastructure. 100% of all electricity will be solar and wind generated with advanced battery MW back up house microgrid power. All residences will be built utilizing a green state-of-the-art building system exceeding all standards and with the lowest carbon footprint in the world. The latest green and proven technologies including individual Fiber optic cable, water and sewer, and security systems are incorporated. The project roads will be constructed of natural beach sand bound with organic polymers and Graphene to lower the life cycle carbon footprint and cool to touch. All the project’s wastewater is recycled by organic methods then utilizing the treated water for landscaping and natural preserve enhancements. With existing fiber optic network to the island, current internet and services will exceed the highest standards in communications worldwide.
Innovative Building Technology
SATOSHI GLOBAL VILLAGE innovative building construction method and materials will implement faster build times without sacrificing the high-quality hurricane proof homes and townhouses. This unique system enables prefabrication of any size or style home. The materials utilized in the fabrication process are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, mold and mildew resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant, will never rot, provides high thermal insulation, Category 5 plus Hurricane rated and non-corrosive by using special coatings eliminating the typical salt laden air corrosion of standard building material in island homes.
