It all began in 2003 on a flight to the Exumas, when a chance conversation led to an invitation for a one-night adventure to an island called Rum Cay. That brief visit became a life-changing experience, crystal-clear waters with 200-foot visibility, pristine beaches, and star-filled skies sparked a vision that would take two decades to fulfill.

Today, Satoshi Global Village represents the culmination of that journey—a 5-star sustainable resort community backed by cutting-edge innovation and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Our mission is to create an extraordinary experience for those seeking a unified project that combines beauty, creativity, intelligence, wellness, and resilience on this unique Caribbean island.


Our 108-acre Phase 1 master plan showcases a carefully designed resort village featuring luxury villas, townhouses, oceanfront estates, a boutique hotel, and pristine lagoon villas. Every element is positioned to maximize ocean views, natural breezes, and sustainable living.
Project Overview
Tucked away in the southern Bahamas, lies one of the largest, untouched, and pristine Islands in the world. “Mamana” given the island name by the original Arawak Indian inhabitants. The Spanish Empire called the Island “Santa Maria De Concepcion” for its pristine white beaches, rustic natural tropical beauty and youthful spirit. The energy of the island is clearly a “Fountain of Youth” for regeneration of your health, soul and beauty. In the early 1700’s, the golden age of Piracy prevailed as the Island became infamous for the enormous amounts of rum that washed ashore from all commerce in the Caribbean.
SATOSHI GLOBAL VILLAGE will be a 108-acre Ocean enclave 5-star destination including:
